Best live rat trap

I need/want to move away from putting down poison (I'm scared of the family pets eating the dead poisoned rats ), and want to put down a few live rat traps, which i can then dispose (what a nice way to say kill the wee freckers) safely. what traps have people used or has anyone build their own

Not exactly LIVE catch but they do work. Iirc you need to import them.

Yeah. Looks like a couple of whippet crosses.

I had a Bedlington whippet on my team.

The Amazon reviews are unpromising. Even allowing for idiots, nigh on 40% one star ratings can't be good?

For the money, you'd be better off with 7 Mk 4 fenn traps. Just learn how and where to set them.

We use those glue traps very successfully.

Use a selection of cage traps from Trapman here.
