grease guns for a dairy farmer

The milwaukee has replaced a fuch screw on type here now. Still use the fuch now and then but just not as easy as milwaukee.
Never get air locks. The rod can be left out and acts as an indicator as to what is left in the cartridge.
I have never managed to use more than a fraction of a battery charge yet. Even when greasing the hesston baler which uses loads of grease.
I seriously can't fault milwaukee tools.

And even @Dave W has a Milwaukee battery angle grinder now. He hasn't moaned. Nope not once. So it must be good stuff :ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:

So if looking at a battery grease gun just get the Milwaukee one with battery and charger

doesn’t seem a bad deal if it’s as good as people say or hold out for makita one to go with 4-5 makita tools/batteries I have. Have the makita one that attaches to impact driver and it’s the worst designed thing I have ever used!

I use one of these. Hundred quid, but it's a great job. Lots of power with it. Can usually open chassis nipples that are usually in a bad place and get hard. Combine it with a G-coupler and it's awesome. Less wasted grease. Mind though that it will burst the pipe before giving up. Watch your eye.

I wouldn't say it in any way encourages staff to grease more, if they aren't inclined to do so. We just have a rule for the handler, to fully grease at each fill of diesel.

Well I crumpled under the peer pressure and bought a Milwaukee grease gun, £220 with 5amp battery and a rapid charger, i retract my praise of the speedy grease gun air locks far too often for a ‘premium’ grease gun.
Plus or including vat?
Sounds a good price as I’ve seen them advertised at £250 .............I assumed plus vat but now I’m not sure.

Other thing is how much juice do these grease guns use? The ones I see advertised with batteries all seem to be 5 amp for what I’d have thought would be a low power requirement application yet my drill and driver kit came with 4 amp batteries for tools that I would have presumed would need more power
