I doubt the he will be anywhere near that limit anyway. Most of it is to go to LFA farms.

The UK was awarded extra cash due to Scotland having one of the lowest payment rates in the EU. The UK split this among all the countries, instead of giving it to Scotland to make up its low rate. Scotland was unhappy about this. Late last year, the UK government decided Scotland had a point, and gave them some extra cash.
Count yourself lucky in Scotland,in Wales our socialist assembly have stolen the money from us and are not giving it back!
