Can anyone help with finding somewhere to store a small (16ft) boat somewhere on the south coast?
Ideally would be looking for;
Between Brighton and Southampton.
Hard standing preferred.
Outdoor storage is fine for the vessel itself.
A place to lock up or put undercover a small outboard engine if possible.
Distance from the coast not too important, up to 15/20 miles or so?
Would only be accessing the site every couple of weeks, likely more in summer.
Looking to pay approx £200 a year.
I supposed I'm thinking maybe of someone who might already do storage, or has an old yard they are not using, or has a pad out the way which they could spare a corner of. Possibility of fresh fish/crabs as a bonus, depending on how successful the day is! Boat is fully insured, and will be locked with trailer security.
