Likewise.
Heater over a small sink in the shed so that I have hot water for mixing milk powder/colostrum and hand washing. It was one of the first things I put in here when I arrived.?

Bought one of these for a fiver at a collective sale a few years ago - wonderful piece of kit!

As posted above, the Downland milk will be a different product in the bag this year. It might be an equally good product of course, but it’s not the one you were pleased with last year.
I've already been feeding it, can't notice a difference tbh. Still as easy mixing and the lambs doing well. The bag is v slightly different as I had a couple left from last year. But I'd have not noticed if wasn't for this thread as is v similar

Never been able to get Downland round here, have bought Ewereka Shine for the past 2 years, does a good enough job. Last year I was paying £45 for a 20kg sack. They do it in handy resealable 5kg buckets too, depends on numbers though as to whether 5kg is any use :ROFLMAO:

Can't remember how many years I've been buying it - 5 maybe?

It's always been in this packaging here...

Is that the 'Provimi' product in the bag? I'm pretty sure Shine-Eureka is claimed (by the manufacturers) to be the only one made from ewes' milk. If Downland have changed supplier, as Bonanza told me, maybe someone else has started making one from ewes' milk now too?

If you’re using last years powder don’t use it much past use by date as minerals don’t last too long. Had a problem with lambs going down a few years back with old milk replacer
