No, What was the gist of it?

What I did see tonight on ITV was one for Colemans mint sauce.
Tells NZ lamb to sod off and make way for locally produced, grass reared, low carbon footprint UK lamb instead.
Haven’t seen it before, maybe been discussed on here already. Apologies if so and sorry if I’ve hijacked your thread @Robt

What’s cryptic about it?
@Robt has seen an NfU advert on Channel 4 tonight and asked if anyone else had seen it.

I waited an hour and with no replies said no, not me but what I did see tonight was an excellent Coleman’s one on ITV.

Deary me:facepalm:
With that nit picking attitude no wonder the vegans, environmentalists, and all the other pressure groups are wiping the floor with us and having everything reported according to their version of events.

A prime time advert linking what UK farmers produce with positives for the environment might just get some people to start questioning what they have been told so many times now by the above groups without response has been sorely needed for a long time.

Yes indeed good on them (y)

And yes you are spot on a huge counter effort is needed,

All sorts of facts and figures need promoting and pushing to the fore like to mention another one that springs to mind, that of Soya grown for human consumption , with the ' by product ' not wasted, oh no, just fed to ruminants in the winter for those that respectfully choose to eat milk and meat (y)

The advert was for the NFU trying to recruit members . Something along the lines of “are you a farmer ? Would you like to join the biggest group representing your industry “
Edit, nothing on YouTube, no link on their social media.....

Waste of money then.
If NFU doing TV adverts something along the same line as the Coleman’s one @An Gof has thankfully had more success in finding a link to han me would give a far better return on investment.

Can’t imagine there is many Channel 5 watching farmers unaware of NFU membership out there.

seriously ? if they want to reach a farmer target market they would be better off spending a fraction of their tv ad money ............... on TFF ads !

surely their marketing team know this and have done their demographics and audience locations ???

i will tell @Chris F to get in touch !!! ?
