Has anyone actually thought about the future here? Things might just be back to normal in a month but everything is being cancelled! Going to be nothing for anyone to do this spring or summer.

Lots of planning goes into show though. We are currently planning Croptec to give you an idea. Machinery is often manufactured specifically for shows.

Speaking as a cattle exhibitor I would rather know now that a show is off, rather than a week before once I'd already gone to the expense and mither of feeding and halter training the cattle.
Don't think there will be any shows this summer so will probably turn everything out and have a year off tbh.

Even our little Kenilworth Show (Warwickshire’s premier Agricultural event?) starts its forward planning up to 15 months ahead.

Well if everything is going to be cancelled for the next 6 - 18 months. No pubs, clubs, shows, gigs, sport etc. Many millions unemployed and the world economy gone.can someone explain what will be the point living anyway?
Plenty and for me the hope that my parents and Aunt will stay safe or have medical capacity to assist

Back to normal in a month? i think we maybe see some normallity in 6

Not a hope for anything like normality to come back untill there is a vaccine and enough supply of it which will be at least 1 year + away.

Better off to protect the elderly/ people with ill health and let the rest of us crack on like normal ( but being sensible of course ) and keep the economy/country going.

To be perfectly frank, when you read between the lines of what is being said now by government, I really can’t see any shows and other public gatherings for a few months by which I mean up to and including August. Some shows have postponed until late July and early August I believe but I’ll wager they will have to postpone or even cancel these revised dates
