Nick are you keeping osr in 1st pic?
No I’m not.there is about 15 acres at top of field not in any pics that is about 4ft tall and all in flower.there is a fair bit about 2 inches tall which I’ve pulled up too and big patches of nothing.flea beetle had a good go at it and plenty of stalks have grubs in them too.pigeons still at it despite gas gun and yesterday 16 sheep appeared too and they are getting a feed.unfortuantly no one knows whose sheep they are and I can get near them and they a currently on a neighbors meadow.i suspect they are stolen and dumped to be picked up later.cant get hold of police either.

Put the rest of the fertiliser on the good parts of my rape this morning then pulled up the rest much to my mother’s annoyance.a lot of it has gone down hill weekly for ages and pictures show what was left.will put some mustard in early May.soil is getting hard in places and half inch of rain would be wellcome

Why would your mum be annoyed with you for pulling that up? Have you showed her the pictures? Maybe she should be annoyed with you for drilling it? ;) :ROFLMAO: (FYI will only harvest approx 2/3 of what was drilled here so know how you feel)

She won’t go and look but I’ve shown her pictures.i know it’s bad all over the uk.have grown rape for years but yield is allways around a ton and half and allways struggle with pigeons.last year for it here.will probably fallow a similar area next year.
