Yep, it gets that way as soon as people become obsessive about something that really isn't very important, we can see the same effect in 'breed' societies.I reckon that the Competition Ploughing section on here, is TFF's equivalent of Mumsnet. Sh!t, are there some vicious b*ggers on there?
A girlfriend used the water to make her mouth ice cold before giving ......
Very ...uplifting [emoji6]
Who could ever buy something after one of those "what tractor/combine/pickup" threads? Everything is both simultaneously absolutely useless and the best. By the time you've read all the replies you decide its not worth buying anythingDon't mind people having strong opinions, but the bull sh itters really annoy me
The one's who put so many pictures on "Today at work" that they'd never have to to do all they say they did. "Rebuilt the engine in the tractor this morning. Put up a new grain store after lunch and planted 100 acres of barley before teatime"
One's who claim unbelievable crop yields
Or have cows that never get mastitis, never go lame and live to be 50 years old
Or see every cow that's bulling, inseminate 50 a day and have a three week calving block.
And their cows never, ever sh!t in the parlour.
And I'm sure that most of the people who start a "what tractor/combine/pick upshould I buy" thread never actually buy anything.
To balance things out, there should be a "What I f ucked up today" thread
I've always worked on the presumption that everyone is more intelligent than I, until such time that they prove me wrong.....
Standard of education is no barrier to intelligence or lack of.....
But if you want to start a real fight, are you allowed to repower a Chevrolet SS / Pontiac G8 with a Ford 4.0?????
Excessive dogmatism (aka as black & white thinking) - If a chap has worries/problems with their willy they have to overcompensate in other ways.
No idea about female dogmatism - Mrs Bogweevil seems to think it is perfectly obvious and starts shouting if I ask
They say a green top (LPG engine) with boost with Powerglide and nine inch in a SS or even a sorted Fox body will do sub 10 second 1/4 miles and still can be tuned for road use. If in the quest for speed you loose friends because of their narrow minded ,bigoted attitude to purely a single manufacturer like Ford or Chevrolet, then like most things, you are better off with out them, eh.?Is that the best way to loose all your friends?
Some of that was in a foreign language. They say a green top (LPG engine) with boost with Powerglide and nine inch in a SS or even a sorted Fox body will do sub 10 second 1/4 miles and still can be tuned for road use.
