What kind of tractor ?

Bit of a broad subject this but I’m going to ask anyway.

I’ve recently got a hold of 10ah of land that I’m planning on taking hay from. All for my horses and maybe to sell a few and was looking at a tractor that could handle the work load.
A few day ago I’ve found out there is work lifting potato’s and head cutting work around so was thinking of taking that on as well

Question is what horsepower tractor could do all the jobs?

I was thinking a JD6930 type of tractor
( no I’m not a JD purist and will consider other brands )

Any ideas

Thanks

If I could get one for 30k I’d take either one of those

don’t buy a fastrac if you value your sanity.

At that money it’ll be a 2135/55/70, Fed/rev shuttle would drive you daft on hedge cutter and if you’re round baling I can’t think of a worse gearbox for the job.

on the plus side, the handbrake goes “psssssht” when you let it off, so you could pretend it’s a lorry.
