Is it a big job to change the discs and bearings? Our utah 250 has just had a bearing go on one of the disc axels. The discs are all about knackered so thought now might be a good time to change them all.
Not had them long so dont know much about them, just wondered if there was anything we may need to know before owt was started.
Cheers

Done ours several times. Not bad to do just get them tight when you have finished.

And keep retightening. Check them after 10 mins of work and a few more times in the first day of work till they settle in. I’d order/make a couple of those washers that you use to lock the nuts inplace . If you are going to keep them for a while I’d put new bearing in while they are in bits. New bearings from local bearing shop won’t come to a lot. New bearings and housing from main dealer in middle of busy period £££.

Thankyou, do the nuts have to be a certain torque or is it just FT?
