Lithan 177 June delivery pay July
You will see this move up in June. FOB now $225. Any merchant/trader that is long will be happy with their purchase, any that are short will be feeling uncomfortable. The Black Sea FoB Urea price dropped from $235 (£183) to $202 (£160) last month, a fall of about £23 or 14%.
Yet the merchants are telling us to “buy now, avoid the monthly price rises”.
You have to wonder if they’ve paid too much for the July / August stock they’re selling now, before it’s even been loaded on the boat ?

Pretty sure that is prills not granules, not aware of any decent granules coming from that way. North African gran urea traded up $12 this week, which is where most the UK's quality urea comes from.
£ vs $ exchange rate is also having an affect at the moment.

India has also just announced a new tender. At least 1mn tonnes required.
Fair enough, but I'd happily take urea dust in bags if it was the right price.
