Using a name gives stalkers a head start.
I wouldn't recommend it.
You find all kinds of odd characters popping up on various forms of social media, it gets a little more odd when they snoop on your family etc.

Some people maybe just have nothing better to do, and some are just too stupid to be able to avoid hitting like on FB posts.
;)
I encounter much less bull sh!t on Facebook than here for sure, harder for trouble making trolls to hide under their real name not like here.
