Try actually reading what I wrote rather than seeming to revel in the brutality of the incident.

There was no intention to kill him, therefore it can't be murder.

The Jury sat through the trial, heard the evidence and the legal arguments, are you suggesting that they were incompetent?

Reading 'betweenthelines', Yes I do feel the jury was incompetent/intimidated, the defendants are professional liars!!!
As soon as he was hooked up in that strap they would have known pretty much straight away and failing to stop but carry on for over a mile?
Thats what they do, they lie, steal and in this case murder. They don't give a shite about anyone bar there own scummy family.

It wasn't my agenda, in fact I rather thought I was supporting your point as to look at the real damage that can occur when police don't take positive action. Sorry if that was misunderstood
Apologies. I thought you meant the police over there weren't doing anything and allowing people to do what they want. Hence vandalised police cars.

Funny the press not researched the jury yet?

And when will they be out .....

Think they have to serve 2/3rds of it so 8-9 maximum. I would love to read the mitigation by the defence as the Judge actually said:

"Sometimes death may be caused by an act of gross carelessness, sometimes it is very close to a case of murder in its seriousness. That is so, here."

If it was that borderline then surely they should have been looking at 25+ years?

Be interesting to see if there is an appeal, that the sentence is too lenient...

John O groats to Lands end likely.
Could be on the BBC, ' ONE SHOW !' Sponsored!
Enough now, no joking matter. Still just makes me angry and sad thinking about the whole case.
No one out rioting for ' Police Lives Matter!' Not that I would riot.
The police officer in America didn't mean to kill George Floyd and got murder!
This case is far worse in my opinion.
