I am in need a of a couple pics of your radiator with a ruler so I can check the spacings of the pipes and fins.
I've had mine reconditioned and it blocks with dust every couple hours and overheats.

Rotary screen is working, brushes all good, all seals in good order.
Just dust can't get through the gaps in the fins.

Two pics one with ruler horizontal and one vertical if possible.

Thank you in advance for your assistance.

And the current one that was made for me.
I have been having issues with the holes plugging with dust 😬

That's brilliant thank you.
The holes are massive compared to what they've done.
They'll be doing something different, it's driving me nuts.

Can I hijack the thread now ? This ones a bit weird and had TNS fitter here all day scratching his head, best offer of a fix is an expensive punt with no guaranrtee of success.

Problem 1
MF 7274 Cerea hydraulic issue. Which ever service I use it lifts the header. By the time I have the unloading auger out the header is over the top of the crop

Problem 2
Auto level combine (yes know, desperately needed in the Fens :ROFLMAO: ) constantly sinking to the left, but only when services are being used. We're debating a punt on both valve blocks, but wont see any change from £1600

regarding problem 1
Had something similar with our JD
Turned out to be a diode that had gone open circuit allowing current to back flow to the other relays

Jd and your mf is two different worlds
MF functions is driven by electronics cotrollers. Datavision 1 could be a case like MF30 ect.
You can prove by place small bulb in place of solenoid if you have back feed.
Auto level could be headache on this combine. Give me a call i may give some tips.

Flip, they are tight 😳
yeh, right balls up.
took 10 days to do in february.
took me and a mechanic half a day to get the bugger out.
Then my 14 year old daughter and I put it back in over a couple days, doing a few other repairs as we went.
Well pee'd off right now.

Long shot but how goods the fan belt as ours blocked up quite often one year but noticed when cleaned out and running that the impellers between the rad and precleaner weren’t spinning , fan belt was slipping a little , changed it and impellers worked and kept the rad clear.

I wish it were the fan belt.
The impeller in front of the rad is turning well at tickover, and higher revs.

If you unplug the solenoid for table lift and work another function what happens. Try connecting a bulb to the circuit see if it's getting a back feed from another service. Is there a row of diodes plugged in along bottom of the fuse box none of these haven't been put in back to front. There isn't any wires rubbed through anywhere in a harness touching each other check at the back of the fuse box.
