Had a go at some continuous Gleam yesterday . Middle of the field quite good for the season ,but some poor headlands and patches that got flooded, will pull the average down . If we end up anywhere near 3 ton I’ll be very pleased .

Combining oats on Tuesday, didn't finish the field but it's one of the best I've combined (it's standing!!) Hopefully 3t/acre.

Wheats ready but it's just been rubbish down here for the last few days.

yes the bit I cut was 7-7.5t/ha at a guess. Went into a bit on some heavier ground and that was better still but not ready so stopped, needs another week.

Other than the odd green grain I'd be very pleased with that sample.

Yes, three. Got the first one early because I thought they were a bit forward. Kept the disease out fairly well I thought. I never do very well with beans, but this is a particular disappointment.

With the thunderstorms coming middle of the week, we are going to cut all of ours. I don't want a repeat of last year where so much was lost on the ground. We have good air floors so should be able to deal with it.

Cut 24 acres of volunteer spring oats today just over 1t/acre not too bad , all they had was a couple of hundred sheep for a few weeks and 3l glyphosate

Plenty spring barley around me not been long coming into ear,mine included. Hope weather is OK end September,or beginning October.
