If you want surfactant only then it has to be Spryte Aqua - obviously, see below
Strips marked AZ (Azural) & AD (Amega Duo) as straight product. Then to the right of each with F (Firebrand - ammonium sulphate water conditioner) and to the left with S (Spryte Aqua surfactant + water conditioner).
The point being that water conditioning is not enough, you need surfactant too. Especially when using generics as in AD. Just adding more glyphosate doesn't make it work much better as show above.

What you want is whatever they used on the outside of the far right red line.

You could go down that route but it's probably illegal. The strips around the outside of the plots received the excess from the plots. You can decide the actual application rate.
It will work, it just takes longer in many broad leafed plants.

It’s developed a waxy coat presumably like a Barbour jacket over the years to resist herbicides. I too have found it very slow to die.
Li700 is IMO the dogs danglies partner to glyphosate but I won’t apply it preharvest, in which case I will use firebrand (am sulph). Fill the tank and add it before adding glyphosate otherwise it’s useless.

So it's down to validate to save the day then.
I have had good results with glyphosates from manufacturers other than Monsanto, never had much to do with Amega Duo though, used plenty of other Nufarm stuff though and thought it was good stuff.

is spryte on farm marketplace ?
i presume its cheaper than validate which is horrendously expensive
which distributors have spryte

It will depend on the wetter used but I think Volta Ego that we use is 250ml per 1000 ltr so for 100ltr it would be 25ml

Wouldn’t even think about using glyphosate here ( even Roundup / Monsanto / Nufarm / Bayer etc ) without a wetter & probably other adjuvants like the various SA products

The required dose varies with the size, type, climate and growth stage.

I agree, we need to be mindful of how this product is used or we will get resistance to it emerging in time. Glyphosate resistance is a thing in other parts of the world. It is not a silver bullet.
