Mine gets a hell of a lot of use. Averaging at least 1 start a day. I've noticed I'm not getting anywhere as near as many starts per charge as when new. Still an awesome tool though.
will look at renewing it when they're on offer again

I’ve not had ours refuse yet. I tend to just leave all on charge all the time we’re not using it, it said in the instructions it’ll just switch the charge on and off automatically as and when it needs it.

Can't fault that!

It'll certainly be on offer on Black Friday I'm sure, if not before.

Anyone got a dud one of these? pull it apart and look at the battery, its a Lipo battery not lithium as claimed. Lipo batteries are common in remote control cars and they can be dangerous, mine are charged in fire proof bags and stored out side in the shed inside the fire proof bags inside an Ammo tin! They are prone to puffing up and setting them self's on fire 🔥 I love the idea of one off these boosters but no way in hell i would keep one in the house or in my van/workshop!

When you pull it apart you will find its a 3s lipo battery which is 11.1volts but when charged they all measure near 13volts.
There are You tube videos on Noco batteries.

lipo is a lithium battery “lithium polymer” as appose to “lithium iron”, lipo’s are actually safer and less likely to explode then lithium iron batteries.

Lipos in the RC world are often puffing and catching fire, i never had a lithium Iron battery do that ever!

just watching more you tube videos and they look like soft case lipos although they do have lithium iron written on them! There defiantly constructed just like my Lipos though!(n) more research required i think! if i was to get one i would be keeping it in a fire proof bag thats for sure! not that there even that good IMO but there better than nothing!
