Was a 50 acre field before has rpa remapped itMy mule gimmers run up, realise they don't like the fact they are being trapped and spring from the top deck over your head and back to the pen.
Other thing about the Gamic is proper big side vents so it's not dark and you can lift the top deck higher so it isn't as clostraphobic.
If they don't like the bottom deck at least I can stop them running past me as they don't jump.
My main bugbear with the top deck is that when I am running ewes and small lambs to their fields after lambing, the ewes run off into the field and the lambs just stand there so I have to hand ball them off by which time the ewes are running around a 45 acre field looking for lambs 100s of yards away. As a consequence I end up just running one deck of sheep of about 6 ewes on a 34 mile round trip. With the Gamic I can double up and do half the runs.
I don't run full loads aften so weight not an issue, my problem was shifting ewes and young lambs. Ramps are not great for getting young lambs on and off so. If the Ewe bolts the lambs are left on the trailer and I have to clamber on to carry them off and hope they mother up in a 50 acre field. Ended up running one deck of 5 or 6 ewes with lambs, now I can double up. And tri axle pulls way better than twin over wet ground and on roads
I can't be a twit it's already been established I'm a plonkerI trust you will be calling all of the other contributors a twit as well, or is that just reserved for me hahahaha
What utv/atv tractor do you have then. Where abouts in the uk was your BMW 3.0 twin turbo with low profile alloys built exactlyThe sad thing about the whole Gamic debate is that there is a small family run business setting up and producing a product superior to anything bar a Houghton, but all the keyboard warriors can do is knock the fact that they have to wait to get one and can't pick one up tomorrow. Perhaps they should spend more time buying British and supporting local companies rather than fannying about on German built machines which do absolutely zero for the British economy. We expect people to buy British lamb and beef but then when it comes to our own buying decisions we do nothing but moan about how they take longer to get and buy a foreign machine.
