As the deadline for the Defra consultation on dairy contracts is due tomorrow (15th Sept), I just thought it would be interesting to find out if anyone has actually done it?
Because our processor organisation has filled it out on our behalf.
I've sat in on 2 meetings and a seminar held by NFU, and on the whole I agree with what they are trying to achieve, but the minimum pricing aspect is not feasible imo.
Interestingly Saputo follow the guidelines set out.
