I’ve never grown skyscraper , but looks like it’s a high tillering variety . Interesting trials that show that often, better yields and less risk of lodging are achieved by lower seed rates.Skyscraper
Or shut it up a notch or to if I think I'm going to run out with only a round left and I dont want to go get more seedI'll look in the book to see what the drill was set on last year and aim for a cwt and a half and them open it up a notch or two if the seed bed looks less that 100% and gut feeling is to do it.
