Tupping crayons

We've always used Mate mark cold crayons, (sometimes used nettex) they used to be spot on, but the quality of the mark seems to be getting worse and worse.
Straps fitted properly and the tups give them a good "rubbing"
Anyone found a better brand?

Used mate mark this year and I found all the suffolk tups made a hell of a mark... and the texel tups you had too squint too spot the marks...

Wynnstay tell me that they aren’t stocking Mating Mark crayons any more, but the Nettex ones have apparently Mating Mark harnesses (need to check on the box that they are ‘new type’ though). Unfortunately those Nettex ones are still their rock hard/don’t bother marking ‘all weather’ types though.:banghead:
If I had been happy with those I wouldn’t have changed to the ‘cold’ Mating Mark crayons & harnesses!
