1 - cheapest / best place for a small quantity of molasses?

2 - got some ewes with chapped teats, they have milk and love their lambs but won’t let them suck. Any ideas what I could use to sort their sore tits ?

If it's sub 1000 litres you're going to have to find a local store or a local farmer with some. Ideally already in an IBC, and decant it out into 25 litres drums. Be messy getting it out a tank into drums (unless you part fill an IBC).

Teats I'd agree with @M-J-G some sort of udder cream. But you're going to have to restrict access or they'll never heal

The issue I have is storage - very little inside space. Last two 1000l Ibc of molasses lasted less than a week before someone drained it all into the yard at night ....... gets quite expensive that way! It’s only 200 draft gummers I want to feed. I have lots of ball feeders already.

If they only take a litre/hd/week you’re going to be getting through a 45 drum a week. 1000L isn’t going to last that long.
Depends what else they’re having and when you expect the grass to get long enough for them graze ok (or are they the couples you’ll be selling shortly?).
