Bit early yet unless Southern hemisphere! You could do with an ops manual. Have you looked on ebay? When you thread up have a look at the tension plate on the side of twine box. The plate can have wear grooves which can be a problem.

I had a repair to do to it, so a good chance to try it before summer
We are using a lot of hay just now so a few small bales are handy for taking out on the quadbike
We still do a couple of thou , but the novelty soon wears thin with the workers , got to be 5 pound a bale really

This will give you an idea how to do it. 276 rather than 376, but it is much the same.
It won't actually create its 1st knotted bale until the baler trips the needles for the 1st time.
Its a 276 i have, not a 376 typo
I seem to have it threaded right, had to redo it as rats had been having a party in the string box

I knackered needles doing that
Too lumpy
😥you have to fork it in ,
i put an 8 foot gate from tractor wheel to baler to keep you away from pto ,and lenth of string to stopper on tractor ,
put bales on edge ,and shake it up a bit and fork it in , but do bale it dry 🙄 so not cakey , seems to work ok ,just steady away , up a small extending ladder straight onto trailer ,
