No nothing that ' clever ' I'm afraid .
.....plus there arent any tramlines :sneaky:

Even Spilt barley on the concrete is germinating currently but better weather is coming this week.
I shouldn't think it will be a repetition of last winter.🤞

My coming week doesnt look great...

week after looks drier but not drying and I saw similar promises last year which never materialised

My volunteer spring oats would make an ace crop.

Spray off the crap, spreader on, light ruffle, cross fingers. No pre em. At worst, DD spring beans into the resultant cover crop.

My storm sown canyon spring oats are still holding on . Tempted to leave some of them to take right through to harvest now.

What happens about royalties tho as technically the seed was never harvested and was never off the heap

My volunteer spring oats. Knee high to nothing after the mini beast from the east. Back in the winter of 2011 - the cold one - my down winter oats looked like little brown stumps. Still came to a good crop.

Another field looks pretty handy too until I'm down in about them . Was trying to work out a plant count but a 10cm grid probably isn't big enough.

Think its round up time for them
