Going back to the gravel bags do you need to
divide them up evenly at silo covering time to avoid any arguments?

Seriously tho anything that makes the working environment easier and more pleasant is a bonus for employees IMO

I would get rid of tyres and use lorry sidewalls. So much cleaner and easier to stack and lift. Don't need many of them either.

That’s not delusion, you need to look that word up in the dictionary plus it is a perk As a lot of farms aren’t paying lads for weeks on end then get a poxy cheque which takes another 4 days to clear....period

Each to there own there’s many who think I’m a sad act spending 7 hour a day every day in a pit looking at cows back end but I love it and hate tractor work some love tractors seeing different places and things

Self employed is the usual around here, lots of different staff members bouncing from farm to farm with the same overalls and wellies.
