Spring work came all at once this last week..Fertiliser on all winter crops, spring barley planted and contract fertiliser today on grass.
Wooden pegs are to stop the whole of Birmingham from parking there. Last weekend the police had to close the road due to traffic chaos. Broken sledges and other debris left in the fields.
Finished off on some of my own grassland this afternoon.
This one decided to re-enact the great escape.
They looked quite happy to be back together again.

This morning I turned the last lot out of the shed and then hooked the spreader on and did my little bit of wheat.
Had some help with the gardening today ( Saturday )
13 tonner and a good chap at the controls soon makes a clearance
Sorted the wilderness between a couple of sheds
Tree stump was a tad heavier than I anticipated
Grass seed and a fence next for this bit.

Grieved me today to drop this off the drill but MF6290 decided it didn’t want to go back to work after being Furloughed since October, starts and move, but the arms won’t work
Grieved me more when I dropped the drill and it pivoted straight through the freshly repaired shed
First time thats happened, just one draw back with the Caddy GD, very light on the drawbar

Ploughing ex beet land. Some heavy patches.
A bit wet, but if I don’t start sometime it will become a lake again.

Good luck getting these off with just a frontend loader....
Ol mates telling me he can only get 15 on his A trailer cos it's only 20ft... Got 17 on. Hurdles are fixed too.....
Rear trailer....well f**k me .....should get 4 rows on the bottom.... except this trailer is a foot shorter. And his ramps weren't working....So. improvisation needed.....
Thanks to my super dooper forks

57 all up.
