Sad loss

What terribly sad news, I met Phillip several times, and he would call on occasion for a chat and catch up, really nice man

I'm really a bit stunned to be honest
 
I only ever met Phillip once, at, Cereals. We had a great chat .

Since then we have messaged occasionally and “had the craic” a time or two. He was always interested in lime and it’s effects on his farm. He asked me questions but I’m sure he was more knowledgeable than me!

We were messaging only this last weekend. I had got a bit fed up with things and he told me what he had done recently to improve his health and well-being because he thought I might benefit from the same.

What a smashing chap. I feel very sad for his family and friends. If any of them are looking in to this thread I hope they know how highly regarded he was. One of the good people.

I shall take his advice and think of him when I do.
