Defo something wrong with the unit-trailer axle brake bias there.
Can remember coming out of Gt Yarmouth with a load of road chippings in a bulk trailer with a unit that wasn’t the usual one attached to that trailer. Approaching a set of traffic lights that suddenly turned amber, I hit the brakes and it was like the trailer bakes had no or little effect whatsoever. I had no choice but to floor the unit throttle to get past the lights, before the crossing traffic started moving.
A Brown trouser moment for me for sure, that I won’t forget.

😯 Very lucky, could of been a lot worse for the driver or vehicles passing under the bridge.
