Neither negative or Positive just converting euro to pounds and showing how much the Irish screw their own farmers.
Over a hundred pounds difference on a carcase is still a significant amount.
It is much more interesting than Lime and Ph levels!!

Good ? Straw at £150 ton feed n fert nearly £300 ton fuel dear as ever machinery out the box subsidy’s under threat , I’d suggest they probably getting out Cos they have to !

Thirsk cattle have been a good trade today not as good a show of cattle more dairy bred about, I haven’t noticed any dip in mine today, plenty of cattle £2.70+
I had a dairy bred blue R3 grade at very best £2.49 630 kg.

It’s not as far as you think either
yorkshire wolds farmer, through Malton, mixture of breeds including lim and Charolais.
I bought a load last year, only touched 1 of them at lambing time, checked them over in the pens and the majority only had 1 tooth missing... with prices the way they’re gonna be this year for replacements am I mad too consider running them again? [emoji85]
