Contact the company you bought the Kaiwaka from and they will (should) gladly send it to Datamars to have it fixed. We deal with them and have done this once or twice

A nice lady from the Craven Arms shop offered me a marmalade sandwich on their opening day through TFF. From the above comments it might be a while before I collect it.:( At one time I used to buy "cheap" waxed jackets from agri merchants. At £40 they only lasted a year and it occurred to me that a new £200 Barbour, or better still a slightly used one from fleabay at £50 would be a better bet.
