New toy day

Hi howu

Hi how much was that please
I think it depends where you are and what spec arms and pins etc but mine was £720 delivered. It’s a strong job and well thought out. The arms slide to fit numerous machines but if you want them solid you flip the plate around and then they are tight in place. The way it rolls on the belly plate as you attach it and things, really well made and thought out, I’m really pleased with it👍

Can you specify them with a hook instead of a toplink? Save me getting out of cab when shifting stuff around yard

I think He’d make you whatever you want. I’ve seen front loader attachments for moving 3pt link machines with flat plates for the hook arms just to move stuff. That’s the other reason I wanted it for storing machines in the sheds in the winter. Can put them closer or in awkward corners etc with the digger. It’s not something I’ll use everyday but it’s never going to wear out and be really handy at times for different t things.

What size digger? What lift capacity?

Not new, but new on our farm. Krone rake, always wanted a twin rotor. Hate our single rotor vicon. Just leaves a knot that's horrible to bale.

Bit different today so far so good, steep learning curve but I'm very impressed.

What size is that, 1600 litre 24 metre and 1000 litres on the front? It looks a heavy load and i'd be putting in on a maxxum 130 cvx so not a huge tractor.

I had a quote for one a couple of years back and every year I think we ought to change our sprayer, but always seem to find something else to spend the money on!

I run my UF1801 and matching front tank on a JD 6130r, definitely doesn’t need 200hp on it and I’m on some reasonable hills also doing liquid fert. You’re in the fens aren’t you? Do you have anything more than a mole hill there?

Nothing more than a 3 metre high ridge in a couple of fields!

I was thinking more in terms of that weight putting strain on the engine and gearbox housings, particularly on our rough roads. A JD 6130r has a chassis to add strength?

I hadn’t considered that to be honest, yes the 130r has a chassis but I don’t think the Case not having 1 would concern me, my neighbour runs a different brand front and rear combo on a T6040 with no suspension, he hasn’t snapped it no matter how hard he might’ve tried 😂

Yeah 1600 back 1000 front on a TM 155 and tbh it plays with it.
I wouldn't think your Maxxum would hav a problem.
