Bit of new guidance (assuming scotland wide) children with cold symptoms have to get a pcr test. It's started bubbling up in schools again so possibly why, is it the same for the rest of the UK?

All gone a bit quiet on numbers............ cases are a fairly stable (so far!!).
Average is 30 or so cases in the City & County....... very few positive patients and no deaths.

In other news..... I am "clearly detectable"....... I chuckled a bit to much!!

Cases locally are remaining fairly low at around 30/40 City & similar in the County, in fact the numbers are so "boring" they aren`t worth sharing.

We had 1 death recorded which is the first for almost 3 weeks.

There is talk about breaking the case numbers down by Case + 1 Jab, Case + 2 Jab , Case + 2 Jab + Time and Death + Vaccination status.

More work, more dragging numbers out of various systems.

With it, yes but not of it.
Ask a hospital how many have died OF it.
Actually you don't need to, it's been done.
Hardly anyone, a few hundred , that's why deaths/mortality normal parameters.
Numbers are freely available...ONS, NHS, etc
So you can die , have you a method to decide who dies and who doesn't , names would help .
