The proper Voss website is:

Who we use all the time.

If you look:

Apart from anything the prices are higher!
Yes but you are in the EU we aren't now

Some of their insulators are so cheap and some types can't be got anywhere else that I have found and they work so well .
Like the split pin ones, that would fit on clipex I should think. Well they are priced at 12p instead of mc veigh parker ones at 78p, :eek:would be worth the wait at that price.

I agree, some of the stuff that can't go wrong like insulators are competitive. I bought 100 screw in from Wynnstay to finish a job, the cost made me cough! Plastic fence wire is cheaper than available locally I find too.

Order for the stock room...

Don't buy there mid range yellow nylon wire. We took delivery of three rolls which had been on sale just for some temporary fencing (normally buy the most expensive profiline multi core they offer which is very good, but allot of km's to do). After a few days walking looking for a fence short turned out its the wire itself killing the voltage! so ended up last few days replacing it all with steel a bit sooner than planned.

Complete crap, but at least I didn't pay for mine as they were sent in error and not collected. The plastic pins for the gears are appalling. I tried replacing the pins but no joy... If I had paid good money, they would have gone back...

To be honest, it is a real case of spoiling the ship, for a halfpenny worth of tar. If they had used a decent spindle, they would have been OK...

I ordered the ungeared reels with the drill attachment winder. Both were utter sh1t. The winder didn't fit the reels so I had to make adjustments to it. Then the reels basically melted to the spindle when wound with the drill (slowly).
On the upside, they replied to my email immediately and offered me a refund.
The other bits I have had in the past have been fine though. Especially insulators and insulated fence handles.

I've bought 2 of their energisers, both seem to have an unusually large interval between pulses, around 2 seconds at a guess, is their anyway of knowing the pulse interval before buying? or altering afterwards?

Cheap, Chinese shite. They are not alone in this mind, most of the online outlets are selling the same stuff.
