My thoughts also, prices paid must be embarrassingly high

I’m not so sure that the prices paid are “embarrassingly” high. Yes, compared to last year they are. But last year was an unusually low price.
Before deciding what to do I looked back at N prices that I have paid over the last 12 years and that was interesting. We forget the high prices we have paid previously.
I have always been an early buyer and over the long term that policy has always paid off.
I don’t like the price, I don’t like the control the manufacturers have over us but I still have to decide what is best for me.
Fir the record I paid £274 for UK 34.5%AN pay September

Glad we over slightly over ordered (a lot) and reduced our use this spring on grass. Shouldn’t need much solid just to book liquid at some point.
We did exactly this ^
So I will sit on my hands and wait, as I have more than half my requirement in stock I can wait until jan/feb and by then the price landscape could be very different.
nothing like high prices to cure high prices

Ordered some, along with stocks don't really need much more until late March. Hopefully prices will be lower by then but slightly concerned about logistics with last minute orders.
I hope you are right but plenty of speculation that high commodity prices are going to be around for a while.

Yes at the moment An Gof seems to have quoted the best deal for UK product.
I can still get the same deal until the end of the week but after buying 2 loads of urea pay Nov at a price which equates to £249t for Nitram I am not biting for the moment.
