18 months to your next inspection ,so I wouldn’t change anything other than liners which will be around £20 a set and the short pulse tubes which you can pick up at local coop
The long pulse/milk tubes are silicone and will last years ,had some do 15 plus years and when we renewed them the stains were back within weeks
Mine is in the next 4 months with 48 hours notice so need to prepared, dont know what to do about the pipes now as I havent got thousands to spend but cant afford for her to give me a non conformance for them, will have to see what milk stone remover does

@Jdunn55 re:cow tags - can you not just take a picture on your smart phone of said cows whilst you're tagging them - bit of a faff, but at least then you will have date & time stamped evidence that you have at least tried to rectify the issue since the last inspection if one does happen to fall out?
EDIT TO ADD: make sure the date stamp is within 28 days of ordering the tags :ROFLMAO:

Don't think this would class as an official unique id number, all bovine animals must be double tagged with matching tags that contain their unique id
made a boo boo and sent a fat cow to the abattoir with only one tag which she lost on the way! Only means of id was her 3 digit freeze brand which matched her ear tag.
Meat inspection vet let her stay in lairage for 24 hours while I sent copies of passports, calf book and movement records to prove that she could not be any other animal. I was very impressed that the vet did not consign her to the waste bin.

Our old vets didnt believe us when we said we had a cow that lost her tag within about 30 seconds of us putting it in her ear, we ended up buying a run of tags just for her and would put one in her ear every time the vets came out which ended up annoying them even more 😂 still have 2 tags left buy weve switched vets so she doesnt have them in her ear atm but have them there for when we have an inspection
What tags do you use, shearwell are usually pretty good at stopping in.

no it isn't, but between your herd register, and freeze brand, it's a long way to proving that cow is xyz, that lost its tag.
slightly different, bought a bunch of heifer calves, now 3rd calvers, and you can no longer see any sign of numbers on the tags, now just blank, and most retagged, no idea where the tags came from, we use nordic star, through NMR, they seem to last, but we do seem to lose tags, whether by ripping out, or wearing out. Some metal tags on bought in cows, seem to wear away the numbers quite quickly, the system isn't perfected yet.

tried spraying some milk stone remover on the pipes ? Works well here, but your water is totally different to ours, a lesson learn't from holidays, same amount of shampoo we use here, gives an unbelievable amount of suds, with you, worth a try though.
Sounds like you are trying to do 'to much', and not keeping on top of 'things', just remember the time spent in the parlour, is when you actually make your money, everything else lives off that.
Does sound like you have a bit of a jobsworth rt lady, down to luck of the draw, being to 'obliging' may encourage her to 'find' more problems.
Possibly down to sacking red Tractor off in a previous capacity. They wont forget & are probably making him suffer as a result
