If we work on 2 stores too a shearling, and 1.5 too a tupping lamb. Add a bit of good old farmer optimism I think they will be a handy trade. As long as we don’t get a late drought which buggers up the down country volume buyers.

The mule ewe-hoggs were a hell of a trade especially those with good skins and bonny coloured heads. It's no wonder, without Mules, you can't get Texel x Mules or Suffolk x (Texel x Mules).

They don’t seem too struggle with that. Thankfully! They wouldn’t reign long here if they don’t milk! Cows are the same! It’s the mother’s job too rear the young the first few months without me feeding them too!!

dots show weight range and stripe and tagged is fat, you’d be surprised in a week or especially when I start picking 14 days in advance how hard it is to see the spray and you end up drafting with what lambs have tags if the spray disappears.
