Jeremy Clarksons new TV show

He goes soft and more earnest the more you watch. Still has the silly Clarkson attitude, some of the jokes are very good….”right, let’s grease up” was a comical moment.

The shock that the sheep had been slaughtered so quickly and the subsequent silence when he got back in the Range Rover was very well screened.

I think he’s actually growing up a bit as the series goes on and my worry that he’ll be a very bad thing for farming has been proven wrong.
He might be the best promotion to happen for a long time. Sure, there’s holes in it but the intended audience won’t notice or care and it won’t detract from its potential benefits for us.

Don't know why he really needs that land agent for advice, that Kalib would be more than capable
Agree, looked very wet behind the ears, H&S this H&S that!!!
Kalib is great, very amusing and together they make a very entertaining pair.
Watched to the third episode so far, found it very good indeed, guess it'll be a long wait until series 2 if there is one!

We probably need to get out there and help sell series 1 if we want a second one. It looks to have been well advertised but that could just be targeted advertising. :(

Looked switched on to me , knows about H&S as he should , that’s the whole point !! Point it out and call it out for being silly if it is .

The next time I have difficulty hitching on an implement I’m going to call my local NFU representative and ask them to help me get hitched up….:scratchhead::rolleyes:
Ha. Easy on the eye, but maybe not best placed to teach people, looked like she was trying to give him a heart attack jumping in and out of the cab, and why not use the mud guard remotes (I refuse to use the word fender) that's what they are put there for.

I was thinking a neighbouring farmer might be more help. I can see why they used the agent however to add some professionalism. He does come across a bit of a stick in the mud though - do as I say because…..! Also comes across with a sense of I know the rules but have never done it myself before. Probably not true however.

I keep wondering about how much his bill must be for such simple advice…..

The Bloody NFU woman was a bit of a pillock when picking the cultivator up, not sure whether that was for effect though.

She did a good job imo. Sure looked a bit like ticking a 'diversity' box at first but I think she did a grand effort and managed to stay out ofsome embarrassing trap that clarkson is so good at setting up.

Held her own very well imo and kept him under the best control she could
