Can anyone recommend some sexed fleck that doesn’t cost the earth?
why do you want to use fleck ?
l have a friend who has been milking nearly pure fkecks, organically through robots, he's using more black and white now, to get more milk.
Its one hell of a herd of seriously good suckler cows, to look at, you would never think its milkers. He has used fleck, to produce his calves, for him to take right through, to finish. He has a lot of grazing ground, needs something to eat it, and refuses to have sheep. Also been shut down for years.

I just like them got some calves and the ground and I’m pleased so far. I’m not after big yields if they do 5500-6000 I’m happy Long as they are healthy and put good solids in the tank that’s all we’re after.

we have 'dabbled' with them, and been disappointed, milk was ok, just had big problems getting them i/c, at the same time, everything else was spot on, getting i/c. Absolutely no visible reason for it. And at all stages, bulling hfrs, first calvers, and more, with a selection of bulls. Not a lot of profit in rearing hfrs to bulling age, and then having to sell them through the store ring.
Like the idea of them, and like the cattle, currently milking 1 bought in, she has held to second service, does that mean 50% held to first service
two of the bulls we used, Willie and Pierolet, cannot recall the names of the other 2.
