bt cable ? if it's not marked, they should have to repair, just say, not marked, and new tenant, we have one across our land, put in 40 yrs ago ?, no marking, have hit it 5 times, was at college when laid, so didn't 'see' it go in, but it surely doesn't follow where l was told it went !
Hit a water main, 25mm going to some cottages, ploughed it up, that ground had been ploughed on a yearly basis, for as long as k can recall, an example of how ploughing, moves soil, us young un's never even knew it was there. but, not marked, their responsibility, though they argued otherwise. Where we thought it ran, there is a mains pipe, feeding 2 houses, and 1 metered water trough, we had a leak, on that trough, their argument, before meter, theirs, after, mine. They had a leak on that spur line, and wanted to charge us for repair, l refused, the 2 houses paid, and l wouldn't budge, and didn't, on the principle before metre theirs. NFU, told me we had a liability, to pay for repairs, on spur lines ! Just glad that other than outlying land, we are on our own supply, must have saved thousands.

Putting in an electric wire for the fence as done a new cow track, Bt cable hit, only in the ground about 3 inches so not our fault just annoying as I expect I'll upset my neighbours and landlord 🙃 also hit the dirty water pipe in the same bucket and of course my dirty water pit is full, oh the joys...
And I have 80 acres of grass on the floor as well, someone forgot to bolt the calves house door last night so they were all out this morning, only finished milking half an hour ago and I'm missing a calf 🤬🤬🤬 oh and my stack of hay fell on top of my tractor and has destroyed the bonnet 😭

Not been a good day I wont lie 😂
