Has tractor had flat battery or anything to cause screen to reset? Try changing correction to egnos and see if it works on that. Have seen recently a case Trimble reciever full of water, showing satatelites on the screen but unable to get RTX signal.
It’s nothing to do with water or a flat battery. If you are on egnos. Which sats are you tracking. The message is actually very good and tells you exactly what’s wrong! First we need to know what accuracy level you have .
Did it just suddenly stop working or a new tractor for you?
Who is your RTK correction signal provider? Have you checked the correction signal status (messages coming at a low latency)? Robt would probably still remember the menus to check the necessary details.
I'm not familiar with the virtual terminal mode but according to the manual, all the RTK correction signal related status info does not seem to be available. One of the menus show the cell connection status. Tells you if the SIM is fine but does not tell if the receiver has registered to the NTRIP caster and receives correction data. Perhaps I just did not find the relevant page from the manual.
I'd try some NTRIP test app on a phone with the SIM from this Topcon receiver. E.g. the Lefebure NTRIP Client app for an Android phone.
