Paying some bills today one caught my eye a rocker switch for the high/low on a Househam sprayer was £29 fair enough. The hare decal for it £ 14 for that money I probably could have hired a proper artist to paint me a stylish rabbit.
Artists must be very cheap in Kenya.

I am still reeling from the cost of a small black box for a loader that was £2500.

All electronics have gone through the roof. Especially older stuff.

so you buy the switch without a label than they let you buy one on top ouch

Pan mixer. There is a man on the forum that can fix modules. I had an AC control module go out and similar deal 1900$ fir a kit to convert to a new type as original was no longer available. An hour job changing it turned in to a days work as the fan motor had to be changed too plus brackets sensors and a wiring harness also to connect it all. 3k in parts just to turn the AC on. With the amount of electronic on equipment nowadays it frightening when parts are needed.

Seriously considering changing our 06 plate Massey for something much older. I could probably do it as a straight swap price wise but end up with a 'poorer' tractor with more hours and probably worse condition. But it would run forever and very little electrics to go wrong...
It might , it might not , I have old tractors and folk say o aye simple nowt to go worng , well take it from me they are not simple and they can go wrong ! But as long as they not going wrong in to a big a away they stay but they do have complexity’s to them .

I have an 09 TD5050 New Holland (from new) No electronics at all which is why I chose it.

Now, when it is hot, it won't lift the implement properly, so far £5500 down the dealers and it hasn't got any better. New pump, piston cab off split tractor etc.

Using trailed implements when possible.

Have a 3095 Dynashift here. It’s got no doors, birds in the roof, buggered seat, steering has a half turn of play in it.

I’d take yours with a modest sum along with it.
