I don’t think you can beat a quickie loader personally. The paint work on the MX loader is poor.

Got a 2015 build mx loader here, main boom paint is good but rest leaves a lot to be desired.Paintwork is still good on both my MX loaders , the newest being a 2005 build
Surely to flip a bale you'd go at it with the tunes tipped over pointing down catch the top of the bale lift and crowd back and it'll be on it's side with little or no tractor movement? Thanks for the replies. A question though is we turn the bales over presently so strings are facing outwards. We do this in the field as it saves mess in the yard but also the yard is stone so it means we don’t pick stones up in the bales why doing it.
In the field flipping the bales with a telescopic is easy as you’ve got boom out function so you flip the bale with the boom out about a metre or so then retract while staying stationary before then picking it up.
Will that be as easy with a tractor loader as it’ll mean a shuttle backwards due to not having any telescopic function.
Also the Puma forward/reverse shuttle either on the joystick or left hand reverser isn’t instant so I’m wondering whether we’ll be cursing the setup after an hours use?
How far are fields from yard and size etc do you go through a villageThanks for the replies. A question though is we turn the bales over presently so strings are facing outwards. Not on Stoll in particular, but had some problems with our Isme which has the Isme fitting. Had to grind them hooks more open, they wouldn't fit to the top bar as they were from the factory. Annoying little things. Some implements need to be locked by tilting the tip agains the ground to alter the alignment of the holes for the pin to go through. Not had the same problem with Euro fittings, might aswell change Isme fitting for Euro, as only two buckets and one bale grab need to be altered to Euro (one bucket has bolt on fittings, so that'll be easy and we've adapter on bale grabd so that leaves just one bucket to alter or swap out). While we're talking about loaders, has anyone had issues with the Stoll euro hitch frame not fitting attachments properly? It's the type with the spring loaded pin that you pull out the side and lock in position.
I've got a Robust F30 and the only thing that fits is the bucket that came with the tractor/loader, everything else (my other bucket, two sets of forks, bale grabs, off the shelf euro hitch brackets) requires a lot of swearing, kicking, hammering and levering to get the bottom pin to slide into the holes.
Never had this issue with any other loader, even my cheap Sparex euro quick change frames on other tractors work perfectly.
I can fix it quite easily with a 9" angle grinder, but it seems weird.
