This winter could be interesting - gas reserves are said to be low, prices soaring and the Russians quite prepared to manipulate supplies.
Get the generator serviced - high pressure this winter may well bring power cuts as the wind turbines stop turning.

Look out when those cloudy dark endless days arrive, whilst solar panels are a cash cow they don’t work that well at night.
