What, is there a shortage in the EU? That can't be true, not in the greatest civilisation ever held together by subsidy, and threat...

Two things come to mind on reading that: 1) If only you were fully joking; 2) How old are you? :ROFLMAO:

Is the EU still seeking trade deals with the US and China?

And... where's all your EUgas coming from now then? 😐

Oh, and any chance of a long-awaited comment in re the EU's appalling treatment of migrants?

For the last time, don't let the facts get in the way of a good whinge.

Brexit has F all to do with the EU and UK driver shortage !!
Brexit has everything to do with the driver shortage. Something the RHA and the government don't mention. Prior to Brexit a large proportion of haulage within the UK was done by continental haulers who having dropped a load in the UK would do a series of cabotage movements before picking up a load to go back to the EU. This has now been severely limited not only by the UK government but continental hauliers not finding it economic for a truck to remain in the UK or often to even to pick up a backload to the continent.

Derr , yes. And 1) I never claimed otherwise unlike those saying no connection but also when you look through EU media daily this (uk empty shelves) is often compared and contrasted with full shelves
The only shortages mentioned here are wood and steel. Apparently the Chinese are buying up all the oak and the US all the softwood. :scratchhead:

How much has covid cost ? Not only the uk but every country in the world has spent billions it has to be paid back, allegedly there are 1.5 million unemployed here yet companies cant find workers, yet no one dare mention this fact or the fact that we all have to pay more tax to pay off the covid debt and pay for an aging population's care. Personally Ithink all foreign based internet firms should have an transaction tax applied but it's probably quite difficult to apply.

Bit confused here pro Leave folk. Government slips in a mini budget raising taxes to gather in £12bn a year, mainly from the working poor. Yet where is that £350million a week referred to on the Brexit Bus which would raise £15bn annually, which is I recall was going to help out with funding the NHS. I am of course a totally thick voter, so never did understand any of it. Hey ho.

If you read the Bus it doesn't actually say anything about using the 350 million on the NHS the two are actually mutually exclusive sentences. They are doing what they said when they said "Let's fund the NHS" just by fleecing the taxpayers. #taking control.
