Quite simple, person types in your bank details as looks normal, but it’s a fake site, it produces a screen shot saying it’s paid into your account, which they confidential show you, they then leg it. As sometimes it takes a few hours to appear in your bank the scam is complete.
Any details on the owner?

25 years of encroachment hacked away today before the heavens opened.
This is an internal boundary at my in-laws that hasn't been touched as it's alway had electric tape both sides.
The trees look a bit sickly so I'll have them out before permanent fencing both sides ready for sheep.
All done with hand hedge trimmers, chainsaws etc.

Yes, but they’re looking false as well, was concerned by the Irish accent when they were here, but tried not to judge as they seemed ok, and don’t like to judge, wish we had now, more concerned about a night visit than the £700 we lost 😏

Publicise it everywhere on Facebook if you can. Lock everything you can up - especially the dog as they now know his name etc? Police? Don’t say they have Irish accents.

Leo meets Jason from @SellMyLivestock who lives in the next village

SO nice to get down to see my Belted Galloway group at #suttonmoo today. Every mob of cattle (5) I’ve checked today look absolutely at 12 O’clock

A super day not only checking all my livestock groups in the sunshine and lovely Autumnal Suffolk countryside but also calling to see Abbie Bryant and Andy Moye and their flock and herd at Long Melford Hall. If you could distil determination, energy and hard work in to one tight knit duo, you’re looking at it right here. First generation young farmers they deserve every helping hand and luck . I wish them every success. If anyone knows of a potential site in the greater Long Melford area for a mobile home that would really help them
