Got a confirmed quote of £410 yesterday. (Mckelvey) told it would be £450 in a day or so. (Green fields) told me they couldn’t even buy in at £410 and should bit his arm off at that price! That’s for axan. Urea I was told would be double neither had prices

Yes well I ordered a load of Urea with ACT at £433 the day CF stopped production but they didn’t honour it…
Contracts ,agrements on the phone they just ignore if selling grain the shoe is on the other foot it's a contract and no going back. Despicable.

It sounds a lot, but the UK market is roughly 3.5M tonnes, OK may be reduced somewhat this season, so take half a million tonnes off, it's a tiny percentage of the UK market.
