We average 4-5 lorries a week coming in, quite a few tractor/telehandler’s go out in a week plus multiple caravan/campervans and they park like this, this isn’t that bad compared to some days, had 9 there the other day and the quad trailer just managed to get through 🤦🏻‍♂️ F***ing hate coffin carriers!View attachment 977520

why do certain people tend to think they can do what they want, where they want, shout abuse and act like total yobs.? have they no up bringing at all? or just on the apprenticeship of being a total scum bag from day 1. peoples standards are just lower from years ago. what was once a small minority of scum bags is now the norm and 'can't be touched'

But they have the law on their side.

Trespass on your property, give you abuse and steal/vandalise your possessions. Is not against the law and stopping them is against their human rights.

Try and defend yourself and your property and your looking a jail time.

I think once the facts are out to the Court, the question will be asked by the Judge what are the charges against the other side also ?
Unfortunately the judge will only deal with the case as its presented - which is a dangerous driving and criminal damage case. If the standards of proof for both are met then he should be found guilty regardless of the background. I'm not saying i agree with this outcome - but that's the way the law works.
