…….you are following another tractor who doesn’t pull over for five miles?

And I didn’t.

However if he had pulled into any of the three lay-bys he passed I would have done the same.

Clear one lot and they thank you ,build up another lot and nasty crowd ,never win.
Most tractors go faster than some on roads now.
Go back to vintage tractors and then see the queues?

He may be saying the opposite, he can't let the cars pass if the tractor behind isn't pulling in.
After being involved in an overtaking accident a few years ago, I pull in at every opportunity, much easier than going through that again or dealing with angry motorists.
I’m more interested in the legal side, say police pulled us both up,who was holding who up?

Just don't drive to close as I'm coming past , the idiot car drivers in front of me don't have a clue about overtaking and drive bumper to bumper , when I pas and cut it they blow their horns and act like morons, if you not overtakin leave room for those who are

As most of us drive our car on the road as well as tractors combines etc on the road, I would have thought that most of us would pull over to allow traffic to pass us ,when possible , as we will know from driving our own , how frustrating it is to follow a tractor for a few miles.
