Removing some bales that they had made in the hope of selling them for a fortune.
They advertised them on face ache but had no way of loading them .
They rang me yesterday and I've agreed to remove them FOC if I can have the grazing on the field for the winter ......ahhh they said ....that answers our next question.......what can we do with the grass ?
.... ... I know its good hay cos they paid me to make it 🙂🙂🙂🙂

I’m continually amazed how many people seem to have no comprehension of what to do with grass.

I’m pondering whether:

a) this is the tip of the iceberg and 101 “disposal contractors” are proving services to 1001 people of Herefordshire

b) this most of the iceberg and all of the people of Herefordshire seem to think only one person operates a rare specialist “forage disposal” service.

It’s a murky underworld of gangs and grass….

This particular charity was left this field in a will .
They have no idea whatsoever what to do with it..... but I'm happy to assist along the way!!

Might have put this in wreckers if I had an Exocet missile. A1 near Alnwick, tractor is between the trees on the horizon 0.7 miles away with a queue stretching well behind us. Followed for 5 miles past junctions and a layby though he might have been there a while to get out again.
